life, liberty, & the pursuit of happiness

This piece explores how LLM-powered generative design tools translate abstract concepts into three-dimensional form. Beginning with the phrase “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” I used Meshy.ai to generate forms prompted “in the shape of a circular bangle,” combining two resulting models into a single object.

The first iteration was 3D printed in white resin in April 2025. A second version, produced in a vivid magenta Formlabs resin, revisits the work in 2026 in recognition of the United States Semiquincentennial.
